FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVE~ENT <br />FUND FOR THE CITY'S SHARE FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE HP~ANE <br />SOCIETY SHELTER. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Seventy Five Thousand and O0/100 <br />($75,000.)
