Every such decision of the Commission shall be based upon a finding of fact which shall be reduced to writing and pre- served among its records. The Commission shall submit an annual report of its activities to the City Council. (g) Upon request of the Commission, and with the approval of the City Manager, the departments, bureaus, divisions, boards~ commissions, offices and agencies of the City government shall furnish to the Commission such available information and render it such service as may be required for the exercise of the powers and performance of %he duties of the Commission. The secretary of the Commission of Architectural Review may approve the following items (when colors, materials, hypes and designs conform with those defined by the Commission Of Architectural Review): (1) Paint colors; (2) Exterior doors; (3) Windows; (4) Fences; (5) Storm windows and doors: (6) Vinyl or aluminum siding. Ail exterior work not falling within the above criteria, or usmng other than appro~ed materials~ must be approved by the Commission of Architectural Review.
