performance of its duties shall act only by formal resolution <br />which shall set forth the reason for its dec±sion and the vote <br />of each member participating therein which shall be spread <br />upon its records which shall be open to public inspection. <br />Every such decision of the Commission shall be based upon a <br />finding of fact which shall be reduced to writing and pre- <br />served among its records. The Commission shall submit an <br />annual report of its activities to the City Council. <br /> <br /> (g) Upon request of the Commission, and with the approval <br />of the City Manager, the departments, bureaus, divisions, boards~ <br />commissions, offices and agencies of the City government shall <br />furnish to the Commission such available information and render <br />it such service as may be required for the exercise of the powers <br />and performance of %he duties of the Commission. <br /> <br />Section~40-102(B) (9). The secretary shall, in <br /> writing, report to the Coramission of Architectural Review at <br /> each regular meeting on all certificates so issued. <br /> <br /> The secretary of the Commission of Architectural Review <br />may approve the following items (when colors, materials, hypes <br />and designs conform with those defined by the Commission Of <br />Architectural Review): <br /> <br />(1) Paint colors; <br /> <br />(2) Exterior doors; <br /> <br />(3) Windows; <br /> <br />(4) Fences; <br /> <br />(5) Storm windows and doors: <br /> <br />(6) Vinyl or aluminum siding. <br /> <br /> Ail exterior work not falling within the above criteria, <br />or usmng other than appro~ed materials~ must be approved by <br />the Commission of Architectural Review. <br /> <br /> <br />
