Honorable Mayor and Members <br /> of the City Council <br />Municipal Building <br />No. 1 High Street <br />Portsmouth, Virginia 23704 <br /> <br />Gentlemen: <br /> <br /> The undersigned viewers appointed by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, by resolution adopted on Ju~y 24~ .~97~ , to <br />view a portion of a street located wi'thin the City of Portsmouth, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> All-the section of Fifth Street being situate in the City of <br />Portsmouth,-Virginia lying between the north-right-of-way line of <br />Harrison Court and the southern right-of-way line of Seaboard Coast <br /> <br /> and to report in writing whefher in %heir opinion any, and if any, what <br /> inconvenience would result from vacating and closing %hat portion of <br /> the street as described above, have completed such viewing. <br /> The following viewers having examined the co~mments of representa- ' <br /> %ives of various private utility companies and city departments having <br /> an interest in the closing and vacating of streets within the'city and <br /> having physically observed that per%ion of the street <br /> as descri~edn~bove, <br /> respectfully submit the following report on this ?~_~ da of <br /> <br /> "~ ~" ~' ~ / ~ / : lhe:clooing of ~hat per%ion of the <br /> <br />__ in (no) (tile following} inconvenience <br /> either %o %he public or to ~y adja- <br /> cent property owners or to any other <br /> interested parties. <br /> <br /> <br />
