AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 15(a) OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, CLASSIFICATION AND PAY PLAN~ ORDINANCE NO. 1979-65, <br />PERTAINING TO THE ANNUAL SALARY OF THE CITY ASSESSOR. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that Section 15(a) of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, Classification and Pay Plan, Ordinance No. 1979-65, <br />shall be amended and reordained to read as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 15.
