AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $60~000~ FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE PURCF~SE OF EQUIPMENT FOR GENERAL <br />PURPOSE GOVERNMENT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia~ that the sum of Sixty Thousand and OO/tOO ($60,O~.) <br />Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from the <br />Capital Improvement Fund for the purchase of equipment for <br />general purpose government. <br /> <br /> That this appropriation shall be made from the Capital <br />Improvement Fund of the 1978-79 Budget. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held July 10, 1979. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
