AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $15,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE RENOVATION OF A PORTION OF THE <br />PORTSMOUTH PUBLIC LIBRARY INTO A CHILDREN'S MUSEUM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the sum of Fifteen Thousand <br />and 00/100 ($15,OO0.)
