(g) Sworn personnel in the grades of FmrezLghte~, Fire Lieutenant and Fire Captain, who have successfully completed the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) course, shall receive an allowance in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) per month. Section 12. Complements of Fire Department and Police Depart-ment. (a) The authorized complement of the Fire Department shall be one Chief, one Assistant Chief, eight Battalion Chiefs, thirty-smx Captains, thirty-five Lieutenants, and one hundred thirty-four FirefighterSo (b) The authorized complement of %he Police Department shall be one Chief, two Assistant Chiefs~ one Field Operations Commander, eight Captains: eleven Lieutenants, twenty-eight Sergeants and one hundred sixty-two Police Officers. Section 15. Reeeal of Conflictino Ordinances. Ordinance No. t979-65~ as amended, is hereby repealed, effective June 30, 1980. Section 16. Effective Date of Ordinance.
