AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $150,000. FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />MENT FUND FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WATER AND SEWER DISTRIBUTION <br />SYSTEMS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand and OO/1OO <br />($150,000.)
