AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $550,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE RECONSTRUCTIgN AND OVERLAY OF <br />SELECTED STREETS THROUGHOUT THE CITY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that %he sum of Five ~undred Fifty Thousand and <br />OO/100 ($550,000.) Dollars be, and the same hereby, is, appro- <br />priated from the Capital Improvement Fund for the reconstruction <br />and overlay of selected streets throughout the City, <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall take effect upon the date of the <br />signing of General Revenue Sharing into la~'by 'the P~esident <br />of the United States and the allocation of such funds to the <br />City of Portsmouth.
