AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $550~000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION AND OVERLAY OF <br />SELECTED STREETS THROUGHOUT THE CITY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the s~n~ of Five Hundred Fifty Thousand and <br />00/100 ($550,000.) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appro- <br />priated from the Capital Improvement Fund for the reconstruction <br />and overlay of selected streets throughout the City. <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall take effect upon the date of the <br />signing of General Revenue Sharing into law by the President <br />of the United States and the allocation of such funds to the <br />City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held September 23, 1980. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City'Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
