AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $80,000. FROM THE PUBLIC UTILITY <br />FUND FOR PAYmeNT OF PRINCIPAL ON THE FIVE MILLION DOLLAR BOND <br />ISSUE DATED JULY 1, 1980. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Eighty Thousand and 00/100 ($80,000.) <br />Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from the Public <br />Utility Fund for payment of principal on the Five Million <br />Dollar Bond issue dated July 1, 1980. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held August 12, 1980. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
