~N ORDINANCE TO A_WiEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTS-.iOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, 1973, BY ADDING SECTION 23-195.1 THERETO, PERTAIN- <br />ING TO ~2~KING A PORTION OF HOBSON STREET ONE-WAY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />1973, be amended by adding thereto Section 23-195.1, such <br />added section to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 23-195.1. Hobson Street between Downes Street <br /> and Arcadia--Avenue. <br /> <br /> (a) Hobson Street between Dowries. Street and Arcadia <br />Avenue, ms hereby designated a one-way street. <br /> <br />vehicle <br />Avenue. <br /> <br /> (b) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a <br />east on Hobson Street between DoWries Street and Arcadia <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall take effect from the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held July 22, 1980. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
