AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 2-41 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1973, PERTAINING TO MEETING PLACE <br />OF CITY COUNCIL. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 2-41 of the Code of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, 1973, be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 2-41. Place. <br /> <br /> Ail regular and special meetings of the City Council <br />shall be held in the Council Cha~ers, 6th Floor, City Hall <br />Building, 801 Crawford Street, unless the-call of a special <br />meeting or other notice with respect to a regular meeting <br />specifying some other place of meeting shall have been de- <br />livered to each member of the Council at least twenty-four <br />(24) hours prior to the time of such meeting. <br /> <br />2.
