AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $130,OO0. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR EMERGENCY REPAIRS TO THE SEAWALL. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Thirty Thousand and <br />OO/100 ($130,OO0.)
