Section 12. <br /> <br />Complements of Fire Department and Police <br />Depar't~en~. <br /> <br /> (a) The authorized complement of the Fire Department <br />shall be one Chief, one Assistant Chief, eight Battalion <br />Chiefs, thirty-three Captains, thirty-two Lieutenants, and <br />one hundred twenty-eight Firefighters. <br /> <br /> (b) The authorized complement of the Police Department <br />shall be one Chief, two Assistant Chiefs, one Field Operations <br />Commander, eight Captains, eleven Lieutenants, twenty-eight <br />Sergeants and one hundred sixty-two Police Officers. <br /> <br />Section 13. Salaries for Unclassified Positions. <br /> <br /> (a) The annual salary rates of the following unclassi- <br />fied positions shall be the amounts stated herein: <br /> <br />7~1~81 1'2/31/81 After 12/31/81 <br /> <br />(1) City Manager $50,O00 $ 50,000 <br />[2) City Attorney 41r481 43,555 <br />(3) City Assessor 35,504 37,279 <br />(4) Clerk of Circuit Court 36,685 38,519 <br />(5) City Clerk 16,116 16,922 <br /> <br />fled <br />Head <br /> <br />(b) Part-time employees, whose positions are n~t classi- <br />shall receive compensations as prescribed by the Department <br />and the Director of Personnel. <br /> <br />Section 14. Ad'j~s~ment's of Retir'emenf ~ll'owance. <br /> <br /> The adjustments of retirement allowances as prescribed <br />in Sections 31-68 and 31-155 of the Code of the City of Ports- <br />mouth shall be increased two and one-half percent (2-1/2%). <br /> <br />Section 15. Repeal of Conflict±n'g Ordinances. <br /> <br /> Ordinance No. 1980-46 is hereby repealed effective <br />June 30, 1981. <br /> <br />Section 16.
