6. For each wholesale wine distributor's license, the license <br />tax shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). <br /> <br /> 7. 'For each Wholesale druggist license, the license tax shall <br />be ten dollars ($10.00). <br /> <br /> 8. For each retail on-premises wine and beer license for a <br />hotel, restaurant or club, the license tax shall be one hundred <br />fifty dollars ($150.00). <br /> <br /> 9. For each retail off-premises wine and beer license, the <br />license tax shall be one hundred fifty dollars ~$150.00). <br /> <br />10. For each retail on-premises beer license for a hotel, <br />restaurant or club, the license tax shall be one hundred dollars <br />($100;00). <br /> <br /> 11. For each retail off-premises beer license, the license tax <br />shall be one.hundred dollars ~$100.00). <br /> <br /> 12. For each druggist licenser the license tax shall be one <br />hundred dollars ($100.00). ~ <br /> <br /> 13. For, each banquet license, the license tax shall be five <br />dollars ($5.00) . <br /> <br /> 14. For each fruit distiller's license, the license tax shall be <br />one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00). <br /> <br /> b. Every person engaged in dispensing mixed beverages, shall <br />be liable for license taxes as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Persons operating restaurants, including restaurants located <br />on premises of and operated by hotels or motels: <br /> <br /> a. For each restaurant with a seating capacity at tables for <br />fifty (50) to one hundred (100) persons, two hundred dollars ($200.00). <br /> <br /> b. For each restaurant with a seating capacity at tables for <br />more than one hundred [100) but not more than one hundred fifty (150) <br />persons, three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00). <br /> <br /> c. For each restaurant with a seating capacity at tables for <br />more than one hundred fifty (150) persons, five hundred dollars ($5~%00). <br /> <br /> 2. A private, nonprofit club operating a restaurant located <br />on the premises of such club, three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00). <br /> <br /> c. The license taxes imposed by subsections Ca) and (b) of this <br />section shall be cumulative and in addition to any other license taxes <br />imposed by this chapter or by any other law. <br /> <br /> d. The licenses required by this section shall be as respec- <br />tively defined by the Act of the General Assembly of Virginia, as <br />heretofore and hereafter amended, kno%rn as "The Alcoholic Beverage <br />Control Act," and the te'rms "alcoholic beverage," "alcohol," <br /> <br /> <br />
