AN ORDINANCE CLOSING A PORTION OF HARBOR COURT. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Portsmouth has made application <br />to vacate, close and discontinue the hereinafter-described <br />portion of Harbor Court; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by a Resolution of this Council adopted <br />October 27, 1981, viewers were appointed pursuant to §15.1- <br />364, Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, to view the here- <br />inafter-described portion of said street and to report in <br />writing whether in their opinion any, and if any, what <br />inconvenience would result from discontinuing the said <br />portion of the street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the viewers have reported in writing that <br />in their opinion, no inconvenience would result from closing <br />and discontinuing the said street. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of' the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the hereinafter-described <br />portions of Harbor Court be closed and vacated as public <br />streets. <br /> <br />PARCEL I <br /> <br /> Ail that certain parcel or portion of <br />Harbor Court designated as "Parcel 3" on that <br />certain plat entitled, "Physical Survey of Parcel <br />B-Crawford Harbor Project", dated April 7, 1981, <br />prepared by Robert T. Addison & Associates~ Ltd. <br /> <br />PARCEL II <br /> <br /> Ail that certain parcel or portion of <br />Harbor Court designated as "Parcel B-2" on that <br />certain plat entitled, "Plat Showing Exchange Of <br />Properties Between Parcels A and B, Crawford Harbor <br />Project, Portsmouth, Virginia, for Portsmouth <br />Redevelopment and Housing Authority", dated October <br />29~ 1980, and prepared by Robert T. Addison & <br />Associates Ltd.
