tinuance of such open burning shall constitute a <br />separate violation of this chapter. <br /> <br />Linseed oil, shellac, turpentine, manufacture or <br /> refining. ............ <br /> <br />Oilcloth or linoleum manufacture. <br /> <br />Ore reduction. <br /> <br />Paper, pulp, cardboard and building board manufacture. <br /> <br />Rubber manufacture. <br /> <br />Scrap processors, but only when all operations are <br /> conducted within an area permanently enclosed by <br /> a fence or wall which shall constitute a barrier <br /> of at least ninety (90) percent solidity through- <br /> out its entire length and not less than eight (8) <br /> feet in height unless the City Council shall specify <br /> different requirements in the use permit, and pro- <br /> vided that no open burning shall be conducted by <br /> a=ny scrap processor or his agents or employees at <br /> any-such place of business; each days continuance <br /> of such open burning shall constitute a separate <br /> violation of-this chapter. <br /> <br />Soap, detergent and washing compound manufacture. <br /> <br />Tanning, cutting, sewing, cleaning or storing of~ <br /> green hides or skins. <br /> <br />Wastepaper and rags, collection and bailing. <br /> <br /> 2.
