(d) Fencing or other improvements to the property <br />as required by the appropriate City officials shall be <br />complied with by the owner, such fencing and .improvements to <br />comply with all City Ordinances concerning same. <br /> <br /> (e) In addition to the storage of materials and <br />supplies on the rear of the lot, the front portion of the <br />property will be used for parking and the park±ng will be on <br />an area prepared for parking in accordance With _C±ty Ordinances <br />and the directions of the C~ty Engineer for the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia. <br /> <br /> (f) The owners of the property shall use the <br />existing lighting at the property site unless the City Engineer <br />of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, requires further lighting <br />for this temporary use. <br /> <br /> (g) The owners shall refurbush the lot upon its <br />completion of use for the purposes set ou~ herein, and <br />to put the lot, basically, in as good or better condition <br />than it is in at the present time. <br /> <br /> (-h) Heavy construction equipment will not be <br />stored on any part of the property except for the tractor <br />trailer bodies holding furniture and other building materials <br />and supplies as noted above. Security will be provided by <br />the Holiday Inn in the form of a clearly visible sign cautioning <br />all those who are not gues~t at the Holiday Inn or related te <br />the construction of the improvements at the Holiday Inn to <br />stay off the property. The normal security personnel at the <br />Holiday Inn will make "rounds" of the property at varieus <br />times during the day and night to further insure that there <br />is no unauthorized visitation on the property site. <br /> <br /> (i) The supervisor of the constructien project <br />the Holiday inn will monitor as closely as possible the <br />removal of trash from the 'site, if, in fact, such removal <br />becomes necessary; by the placement of trash by anyone <br />involved with the construct±on at the motel. <br /> <br /> (j) The use of the property as provided for <br />herein, will expire on December 1, 1981, unless the City <br />Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia approves the <br />extension of same in accordance with the applicable laws of <br />the Commonwealth of Virginia and the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia. <br /> <br /> <br />
