~onorable Mayor and Members <br /> of the City Council <br />Municipal Building <br />801 Crawford Street <br />Portsmouth, Virginia 23704 <br /> <br />Gentlemen: <br /> <br /> The undersigned viewers appointed by the Council of the City ~f <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, by resol~ution adopted on July 28, 1981,.. , to <br />view a portion of a street located within the City of Portsmouth, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> ALBERMARL~ STREET <br /> <br /> That portion o~ Albermarte S~reet extending in a <br />northerly direction after it intersects with Greenbriar <br />Road and the dead ending between the property of Dale <br />Kline and Leon C. Smith. <br /> <br />and to report in writing whether in their opinion any, and if any, what <br />inconvenience would result from vacating and closing that portion of <br />the street as described above, have completed such viewing. <br /> <br /> The following viewers having examined the comments of representa- <br />tives of various private utility companies and city departments having. <br />an interest in the closing and vacating of streets within the city and <br />having physically observed that portion of the street as described above, <br />respectfully submit the following report on this '~ day of __~_.~ ~ ~-- , <br /> <br />The closing of that portion of the <br />street described above would result <br />'in (no) (.,t~k~f~~) inconvenience <br />either to ~e public or to any adja- <br />cent property owners or to any other- <br />~nterested parties. <br /> <br /> <br />
