AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING CERTAIN FEES FOR FISHING PERMITS AND BOAT RENTAL COST AT THE CITY-OWNED WATERSHED IN SUFFOLK. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of ~Qrtsmouth, Virginia: t. That the following fees are hereby established for fishing permits and boat rental: Daily fishing permit .................... $ 1.50 Senior Citizens (62 years, of age or over - 1.OO Daily boat rental fee .................. 2.00 Senior CitiZens (62 years~of age or over ................. .............. ~.~0 Annual fishing permit. (does-not include boat rentat;r permit holder may keep his own boat at boat~landing; oneother per- son may fish'free with permit holder ... 25[00 Annual family permit (this permits the hotder~to keep~one bo~t in a~.y Portsmout_hilake abutting thezr property or at the boat landing; boats must be marked.with permit holder's name in-two (2) inch letters as approved by the Depart- ment; the holder of the permit and members of his household and guests whenaccompanied by a member of the household may fish on this permit ..... 50.00 Annual Clubhouse permit (this permit entitles private clubsabutting lake property to keep a boat in the lake at the Club;members and guests may fish with this permit; boats will be marked with permit holder's name~in two (2) inch letters as approvedby the Depart- merit ................................ lOO.OO ~ pe~b'oat~ All other ordinances or parts thereof in conflict the extent of with the provisions of this ordinance are to such conflict hereby repealed. 3.
