of such submitted plan shall be guided by the same guidelines <br />and standards. <br /> <br />Section 32-60.7. Agreement and Bonding. <br /> <br /> Ail control measures required by the provisions of this <br />ordinance shall be undertaken at the expense of the owner <br />or his agent. The owner or his agent shall execute and file <br />with-the plan approving authority, prior to the issuance of <br />the land disturbing permit, an agreement and a reasonable <br />performance bond, cash escrow,, or other legal surety, or <br />any co~ination thereof, acceptable to the City Attorney to <br />insure that appropriate measures could be undertaken by the <br />City should the permittee fail to initiate or maintain speci- <br />fied corrective conservation action within the time allowed <br />and after reasonable notice. Within sixty (60) days of the <br />satisfactory completion of all the work included in %he land <br />disturbing activity as permitted in Section 32-60.9, such <br />bond, cash escrow, or other legal surety, or the unexpended <br />or unobligated portion thereof, shall be refunded to the per- <br />mittee or terminated as the case may be. These requirements <br />are in addition to all other provisions of law relating to <br />the issuance of permits and are not intende~ to otherwise <br />affect the requirements for such permits. <br /> <br />2.
