January 15, 1982 Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council Municipal Building ~O1 Crawford Street Portsmouth, Virginia 23704 Gentlemen: The undersigned viewers appointed by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, by resolution adopted on January 12, 1982 · to view a portion of a street located within the City of Portsmouth, more particularly described as follows: LONDON BOULEVARD S-81-11 All that certain lot,'piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lyinq and being in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, as shown on a certain survey entitled: "Plat Showing Portion Of London Boulevard To Be Closed, Portsmouth, Virginia, For Mt. Hermon Conservation & Redevelopment Project, VA., R-69", dated October 28, 1981, revised November 6, 1981, prepared by Robert T. Addison & Associates, Ltd., Survev- lng-Engineering, Portsmouth, Virginia, a copy of Which is attached hereto. and to report,in writing whether in their opinion, any, and if any, what inconvenience would result from vacating and closing that portion of the street as described above, have completed such viewing.
