ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-82-8. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the Zoning Map attached to and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia~ 1973, which now zones as Residential R-60, the pro- <br />perty described in the petition for Zoning Amendment Z-82-8, <br />is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property as <br />described herein zoned as Co~raercial C-2-K Conditional, and <br />that the property described herein is hereby zoned as Commercial <br />C-2-K Conditional. <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Z-82-8 <br /> <br />upon <br /> <br /> Beginning on the north side of Portsmouth <br />Boutsvard 90 feet, more or less, west from its <br />intersection with Fourth Street; thence north <br />118 feet; thence west 60 feet; thence south <br />118 feet Jo ~he north right-of-way of Portsmouth <br />Boulevard, ~nce east along said right-of-way <br />60 feet to the point of origin. <br /> <br />3. Zoning O~d~nance Amendment Z-82-8 is conditioned <br />the following as proffered by the petitioner: <br /> <br /> (a) The rezoning of the subject property should be <br />changed from Residential R-60 to COmmercial C-2-K Conditional. <br /> <br /> (b) The property shall be used as a parking lot <br />and the improvements thereon shall be limited to that use. <br /> <br /> (c) The property shall be graded, surfaced and <br />landscaped ~n a manner prescribed by the City Code pertaining <br />to parking lots. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held June 22, 1982. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
