ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-81-14 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the Zoning Map attached to <br />and made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br />Portsmouth, 1973, which now zones as Residential R-75, the <br />property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Z-81-14, <br />is hereby ~ended and changed so as to show said property <br />as described herein zoned as Residential R-75-K Conditional <br />and R-iOO, and that said property as described herein is <br />hereby zoned as Residential R-75-K Conditional and R-1OO. <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is de- <br />scribed as follows: <br /> <br />PARCEL A <br /> <br /> Beginning on the west side of Tallwood <br />Drive 200 feet, more or less, south from <br />its intersection with Magnolia Drive; thence <br />west along the centerline of a VEPCO right- <br />of-way 732.373 feet to the corporate city <br />boundary; thence southwest along said boundary <br />880.791 feet; thence east along the right-of-Way <br />line of the proposed Western Freeway 1,191.259 <br />feet; thence northwest 199.324 feet to the <br />centertine of the proposed extension of Tallwood <br />Drive; thence northerly 629.928 feet to the <br />centerline of the VEPCOright-of-way; thence <br />west 30 feet, more or less, to the point of <br />origin; from Residential R-75 to Residential <br />R-75-E Conditional. <br /> <br />PARCEL B <br /> <br /> Also, beginning on the east side of Tallwood <br />Drive 200 feet, more or less, south from its inter- <br />section with Magnolia Drive; thence easterly along <br />the centerline of a VEPCO right-of-way 325 feet, <br />more or less; thence southwest 217.304 feet; thence <br />southerly along ~he rear lot line of properties in <br />the Churchland West Subdivision 673.790 feet to the <br />right-of-way line of the proposed Western Freeway; <br />thence southwest 87.976 feet; thence northwest 199.324 <br />feet to the centerline of the proposed extension of <br />Tal!wood Drive; thence northerly 629.928 feet to the <br />centerline of the VEPCO right-of-way; thence east 30 <br />feet, more or less, to the point of origin; from <br />Residential R-75 to Residential R-lO0. <br /> <br /> <br />
