ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-81-14 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That the portion of the Zoning Map attached to and made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, 1973, which now zones as Residential R-75, the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Z-81-14, is hereby ~ended and changed so as to show said property as described herein zoned as Residential R-75-K Conditional and R-iOO, and that said property as described herein is hereby zoned as Residential R-75-K Conditional and R-1OO. 2. The property affected by this ordinance is de- scribed as follows: PARCEL A Beginning on the west side of Tallwood Drive 200 feet, more or less, south from its intersection with Magnolia Drive; thence west along the centerline of a VEPCO right- of-way 732.373 feet to the corporate city boundary; thence southwest along said boundary 880.791 feet; thence east along the right-of-Way line of the proposed Western Freeway 1,191.259 feet; thence northwest 199.324 feet to the centertine of the proposed extension of Tallwood Drive; thence northerly 629.928 feet to the centerline of the VEPCOright-of-way; thence west 30 feet, more or less, to the point of origin; from Residential R-75 to Residential R-75-E Conditional. PARCEL B Also, beginning on the east side of Tallwood Drive 200 feet, more or less, south from its inter- section with Magnolia Drive; thence easterly along the centerline of a VEPCO right-of-way 325 feet, more or less; thence southwest 217.304 feet; thence southerly along ~he rear lot line of properties in the Churchland West Subdivision 673.790 feet to the right-of-way line of the proposed Western Freeway; thence southwest 87.976 feet; thence northwest 199.324 feet to the centerline of the proposed extension of Tal!wood Drive; thence northerly 629.928 feet to the centerline of the VEPCO right-of-way; thence east 30 feet, more or less, to the point of origin; from Residential R-75 to Residential R-lO0.
