Adjustments of Retirement Allowances <br /> <br />The adjustments of retirement allowances as prescribed in <br />Section 31-68 and 31-155 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth shall be increased by 3 1/2%. <br /> <br />SECTION 15. Repeal ~f Conflicting Ordinance <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 1982-47 is hereby repealed effective June 30, <br />1983. <br /> <br />Section 16. Effective Ua~e of Ordinance <br /> <br /> Ia).
