3. That Section 40-68 (b) of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be amended by including therein the following described use: (i) Child care center. 4. That Section 40-68.1 (e) of the Code~o~ the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be ~ended by including therein the following described uses: (1) Child care center; (2) Group home for children; (3) Group home for adults; (4) Half way house. 5. That Section 40-70 (b) of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973~ be amended by including therein the following described uses: Adult daycare center; (2) Child daycare center; (3} Group home for children; (4) Group home for adults; C5) Convalescent andnurslng ho~es. 6. That Section 40-70 (b) be further ~_~ended by deleting therefrom %he following described uses: (I) Group homes; (2) Group residences. 7. That'Section 40-71 (b) of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be amended by including therein the following described uses: Ct) Adult daycare center; (2) Child care center; Group home for adults; Group home for children. 8.
