ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-83-1 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, <br />1973, %~hich now zones as Residential R-60-A., the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Z-83-1 is hereby <br />a~ended and changed so as to show said property as described <br />herein zoned as Historical Residential HR, and that said <br />property is zoned as Historical Residential t~R upon completion <br />of the development project designated as GHP-82-1. <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning on the south side of Crawford <br />Parkway approximately 117' east from its inter- <br />section with Court Street; thence easterly <br />along Crawford Parkway 199.45~; thence south <br />297.67'; thence east 45'; thence south 40.60'' <br />thence west 114.90'; thence south 59.38'; thence <br />~est 66.50'; thence south 50.54'; thence west <br />57.73'; thence north 396.65'; thence wes% 7.86'; <br />thence north 72.30' to the south right-of-way <br />of Crawford Parkway, the point of origin. <br /> <br /> 3. That this ordinance shall be in effect from and after <br />thirty ~30) days from the date of its adoption it being noted, <br />however, that the effective date of the rezoning shall be <br />upon completion of the development project designated as GHP-82-t. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virgmnia, <br />at a meeting held February 22, 1983. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
