BE. IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, hereby reserves unto itself a perpetual easement, <br />right and privilege of ingress and egress along the herein- <br />above-described portion of Hill Avenue for the purpose of <br />access to the Pinners point Sewage Treatment Plant of the <br />City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that there is here~ reserved <br />a perpetual easement, right and privilege over and across <br />the hereinabove-described portion of Hill Avenue for the <br />purpose of ingress and egress of property owners other th~n <br />Virg±nia Port Authority whose property is located on the <br />no~th side of Hill Avenue. <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall be effective from the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held November 22, 1983~ <br /> <br />Te ste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
