ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-83-11 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City ~f Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That the portion of the Zoning Map attached to and made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Residential R-75-S, the property described in pet±ton for Zoning Amendment Z-83-11, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property as described herein zoned as Residential R-75-K Conditional, and that said property as described herein is now zoned as Residential R-75-K Conditional. 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described as follows: Z-83-11 Beginning on the west side of Robin Road 434.18' north from its intersection with Oriole Road; thence southwesterly 536.75'; thence west- erly 346.87'; thence northerly 262.04'; thence easterly 493.05' to the west right-of-way of Robin Road; thence southerly along said right-of-way 141.96' to the point of origin. 3. Zoning Ordinance Amemdment Z-83-!I is conditioned upon the following as proffered by the petitioner: (a) That no more than two (2) structures with four (4) units each for a total of eight (8) townhouse/condominium units will be built on this site, such colonial structures will conform to those indicated on the plat entitled "Condominium of Elizabeth Landing" filed with the office of Planning for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia on ~ay 16, 1983. (b) The outer walls of the units shall not be greater than thirty (30) feet by eighty (80) feet as shown on said draw- ing. and shall ($80,000) (c) Each unit shall be a minimum of 1,250 square have a selling price of at least Eighty 5~nousand Dollars per unit. feet (d) Each unit shall be provided two (2) individual parking spaces and an additional two (~2) parking spaces designated for guests will be provided for each structure.
