AN ORDINA~CE TO APPROPRIATE $269,400. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />I~ROVEMENT FUND FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW S~YAGE PUMPING <br />STATION TO SERVICE THE DOWNTOWN WATERFRONT DEVELOPMENT <br />AREA. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Two Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand, <br />Four Hundred and OO/1OO ($269,400.)
