WHERFAS. by resolution adopted September 12, 1961, routes and head-
<br />ways were designated for intra-urban buses pursuant to Section 16-9 of the
<br />Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1951~ as amended; and

<br /> WHERE~S, it is desired that the West Norfolk-Churchland and Navy
<br />Yard-Naval t{ospital routes be revised.

<br /> NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ports-
<br />mouth, Virginia, that from and after 2:00 A.M.. October 29, 1961, the sec~ons
<br />of the aforesaid resolution entitled "Route 14. West Norfolk-Churchland" and
<br />"Route 17. Navy Yard-Naval Hospital" are amended ~o read as follows:
