~}iEREAS, by resolution adopted September 12, 1961, routes
<br />and headways were designated for intra-urban buses pursuant to Section
<br />16-9 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1951, as amended;
<br />and

<br /> ~HEP~AS, by resolution adopted October 24, 1961, the West
<br />Norfolk-Churchland bus route was revised; and
<br />
<br /> ~HEP~EAS, it is desired that the West Norfolk-Churchland route
<br />be again revised.
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORe, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
<br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that from and after 2:00 A. M., Hay 1, 1963, the
<br />sections of the aforesaid resolutions entitled "Route 14. Nest Norfolk-
<br />Churchland" be amended to read as follows:
