NOW, ~qE~RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the Southeastern Tidewater Opporturnity <br />Project, a non-stock corporation, organized or to be orgsr~ized under <br />the Code of Virginia, be, and the sm~e is hereby, endorsed by this <br />body as the official Cc~ty Action A~ncy for the City of portSmouth. <br /> BE IT FU~R RESOLVED, that any monies previously appropriated <br /> by this body to the Health-Welfare-Recreation Planning Council for the <br /> establishment of a Community Action Agency may be transferred to the <br /> said Southeastern Tidewater Opportunity Project (a non-stock corporation). <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of portsmouth, Virginia, at <br /> <br />a ~eting held ~ecen~er 28, 1965. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
