RESOLUTION APPOIN~FING VIE~,~TERS FOR <br />CLOSING A PORTIO~[ OF H;aNOVtSR AVENUE <br /> <br /> h]IEREAS, George N. Ripley and Leone F. Ripley, husband and <br />wife, and Inda S. Dunn, have made application to vacate and close that <br />portion of Hanover Avenue lying between the north line of King Street <br />~nd Beaton Creek, and it appearing that notice 6f the application and <br />request for the appointment of viewers was duly posted on Augus~ <br />1966, on the bulletin board of the Court of iiustings for the City of <br />Portsmouth, on the bulletin board of the Circuit Court of the City of <br />Portsmouth, and on the bulletin boar~ or-the Municipal Court of the <br /> <br />City of Portsmouth; <br /> <br /> NOW, ~tEREFORE, <br /> <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of ti~e City <br />that Leo V. Schocklin, Graydon D. Meginley, <br /> <br />Millard C. Norman, Zalmon I. Blachmon and R. A.
