RESOLO~ION APPOL~TING VtE~ FOR. <br />CLOSING A PORTION OF <br />OF CUSHIk~ S~ <br /> <br /> WHEPEAS, Brooks J. Taylor and ~ldred B. Taylor, 'husband <br /> <br />and v~[fe; Oscar B. Rice and r~ajorie L. Rice, husband and wife; and <br />Edward L. Lockstampfor and Ethel M. Lockst&mpfor, husband and wife, have <br />made appl'ocation to vacate and close that portion of an alley lying <br />between the eastern rig~ht of way line of Cushing Street and a line ~ninety- <br />two feet east thereof, and it appearing that notice of the applioation and <br />request for the appoLntment of 'viewers was duly posted on March 31, 1967, <br />on the bulletin board of the Court of Hustings for the City of Portamouth, <br />on the bulletin board of the Circuit Cotu~t of the City of Portsmouth, and <br />on the bulletin board of the ~cipal Court of the City of Portsmouth; <br /> <br /> NOW~ Th~Pm~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that Leo V. Schocklin, James V. McGehee, Millard C. <br />Norman, Frank N. Bitisoly and R. A.
