RESOLb~ION APPOIh~TI]~G ¥1~,fEPS FOR <br />CLOSING A PORTION OF SOUT~ STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, D~thur ~vMir and Jewell J. Muir have made applica- <br />tion to vacate and close that portion of South Street lying between <br />a line twenty feet west of the western right of ;ray line of Westmorelmnd <br />Avenue and the center of Bains Creek, and it appearir~ that notice of <br />the application and request for the appointment of viewers bas duly <br />posted on M~rch 27~ 1967, on the bu21etin board of the Court of Hustings <br />for the City of Portsmouth, on the bulletin board of the Circuit Court <br />of the City of Portamouth, and on the bulletin board of the Mtu~icipal <br />Court of the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> NOW, TP~m~ORE, BE IT RESOL~ by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, t~t W. T. ~Stowe, Jr., Mrs. Nellie ~fers, L. E. <br />Snyder, H. S. PLmr~castle and J.
