Any person whose name_has been submitted for-.~can- <br /> didacy by any such petition, shall file/~nis ac~ceptance of such candidacy <br /> with the Clerk of the Hustings Court of said City at least sikty days <br /> previous to the date of such election~ ~ <br /> otherwise his ~mme shall no~ appear <br />on the ballot.
