Section 1. The City Attorney is directed to institute ~minent <br />domain proceedings, employing special counsel for that purpose if he <br />deems it advisable against the property hereinafter described located <br />along State Highway Route 141, for the purpose of acquiring fee sLmple <br />title therein, except parcel 31 in Which a temporary construction easement <br />is to be acquired, in accordance with and pursuant to Section 23(F) of the <br />Charter of the City of Portsmouth (C~napter 229 of tlne Acts .of Assembly of <br />1966), and to deposit to the credit of the court as provided by law the <br />sum hereinafter specified to compensate the respective o~aners of the <br />various parcels of lan~, as shown on those certaih plans entitled 0141-124- <br />101~ R/W 201,~dated May 6, 1966, sheets 3, 4, 6 and 8, a copy of wb~ich is <br />~iled with the Dep~m~tment of Public Works of the City of Portsmouth, <br /> <br />V~rginia: <br /> <br /> -PARCEL <br /> <br />3 David 0 Wilkins, Est. $ 50.00 <br />6' William Tyson, Est. 50.00 <br />7 Jack H.
