That the proposed acquisition is in accordance with the <br />plans for the allocation of land for open-space uses, and that; should <br />said grant be made, the Applicant will acquire; and retamn said land <br />for the use (s) designated in said application and approved by the <br />Housing and Home Finance Agency. <br /> <br /> 4.
