three parcels of land, more generally described in Section 2 hereof, together <br />with all .improvements thereon, now belonging to the City; t.hat the City enter <br />into negotiations with the Authority and the Co~ssion to provide for the <br />changes to the Lease necessary, advisable or desirable to permit the ~ommission <br />to undertake long-term revenue financing; and that that amount] but not exceed- <br />.ing $1;500,000, of the moneys in excess of $4,350,000, expended by the City under <br />the Port Facility Contract and for the acquisition of the aforesaid three parcels <br />of land and constructing improvements thereon, not reimbursed to the City by <br />either the Authority or the State of Virginia~ to be paid to the City by the <br />Commission. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Authorization of Conveyance of Land. There are hereby author- <br />ized to be conveyed to the Commission the three parcels of land generally des- <br />cribed as follows: together with all buildings, facilities and i~provements <br />thereon or now being constructed thereon: <br /> <br /> i. t Ail that certain piece or parcel of land described as--follo~: <br /> Beginning at the southwest corner' of Seaboard and Spencer <br /> Avenues, thence south along the western right of way line of <br /> Seaboard Avenua to the northern right 6~ way line of Pinners <br /> Avenue; thence west along the northemright o~ way ~line of <br /> Pinners Avenue 535 feet to a point; thence north and parallel <br /> to Spencer Avenue a distance ~of 200 feet to the southern right <br /> of ~ay line to Seaboard Avenue; thence east along the southern <br /> right of way line of Seaboard Avenue 535 feet 5o the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> <br /> 2. Ail that certain piece or parcel of land desigr~ted as Lots <br /> <br /> : No. 67, 68, 69 and ?0 as shown on the plat of the Pinners <br /> Point Waterfront Land Company recorded in tlne Clerk's Office <br /> of the Circuit ~ourt of the City of Chesapeake in M~p Book <br /> 4, at page 32. <br /> <br /> <br />
