~gHEREAS, by resolution adopted August 9, 1967, and mmended <br />by Amendment No. 1, dated August 13, 1968, the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth approved a Redevelopment Plsm for the Crawford Urban Renewal Project, <br />de~±gnated as Project Va. R-53. <br /> <br /> ~S, in accordance with Section F of the said Plan, it <br />so provides that said Redevelopment Plsm ~ay be amended by the Portsmouth <br />Redevelopment and HousiP~ Authority with the consent of the City Council ~ <br />and <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Rousing Authority <br />in undertaking the execution of Project No. 'fa. R-53 has found it necessary <br />to make minor chan~es to said Redevelopment Plan; ~nd <br /> <br /> I~REAS, the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Author_ty~ <br />has approved the char~es to the Redevelopment Plmn by resolution ~nich Plan <br />dated February, 1969, together ~S_tb said resolution has been referred to <br />City Council for review and %eproval and the City Council has duly consid- <br />ered said Redevelopment Plan; <br /> <br /> NOW, TP~RKFO~, BE IT RESOLVED BY T/~J~ COUNCIL OF T~Z CITY <br />OF PORTSMOUTH, I~RGI~[A, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That said Redevelopment Plsm, as mmended, dated Play, <br />1969, For the Project aforementioned, having been duly reviewed mhd con- <br />sidered is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
