RESOLUTION ~PPOINTING VIE~LRS FOR CLOSII~G A PORTION OF WEST ROAD. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ~ryview Hospital bas made application to vacate <br />· and close t~hat portion of West Road which lies between the north <br /> side of High Street and a point 468 feet north thereof, and it appear- <br /> lng that notice of the application and request for the appointment <br /> of viewers was duly posted on ~rch 24, ~970, on the bulletin boar~ · <br /> of the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth~ on the bulletin board <br /> of the Court of Hustings for the City of Portsmouth, and on the bulle- <br /> tin board' of the Municipal Court for the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> k~YW, ~HEREPORE, BE IT RESOL~fED by the Council of the City <br />of Portsmouth, VirgL~ia, that James Choate, William H. Miles (of 3401- <br />Dogwood Drive), F. J. Bergeron, Louis J. Leitner and Frank N. Bilisoly <br />be appointed viewers to view said street and report to this Council <br />'in wri6ing whether in their opinion ar6~, and if any, w~at inconvenience <br />would result from vacating ar~ closing the aforesaid portion of West <br />Road. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held April 28~ 1970. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
