Lee, Iucorperated has n~de applmcat-on pursuant to <br />Section 4-2 of the Zooir~g '~muce of the City of Portsmouth, 1961, for <br />the granting of a use permit as hereinafter d~s~ribed; and <br /> <br /> WHEREA~, the applicant and the Piarmi~g Director .have done all <br />things required to be done Ln connection with said application, and the <br />planning Commission has recon~nded the granting of said use ~ <br /> perm~ ~ s~b- <br />ject to the conditions hereinafter stated. <br /> <br /> NOW, THE~RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> A. That the use for which the use permit hereinafter described <br />is sought (1) will not adversely affect the health or safety of persons <br />residing or working in the neig~nborhood of~ the proposed use, (2) will not <br />be detrimental to the public wellare or injurious to property or improve- <br />n~nts in the neighborhood, and (3) will be in accord '~rlth the purposes of <br />said Zoning OrdLu~nce. <br /> <br /> B. That T. B.
