A RESOLUTION GRANTING A USE PE~IT FOR THE OPERATION OF A SEWAGE PUMPING STATION-NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF RIVERSHORE ROAD AND BROOKMERE LANE. 56 WHEREAS, Brandon Square Townhouses, a partnership, has made application pursuant toSection 4-2 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, 1961, for the granting of a use per- mit as hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, the applicant and the Planning Director have done all things required to be done inconnection with said ap- plication, and the Planning Commission has considered the grant- ing~f said use permit, subject to the conditions hereinafter stated. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: A. That the use for which the use~permit hereinafter described is sought (1) will not adversely affect the health or safety of persons residingor working in the neighborhood of ~he proposed use, (2) will not be~ detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to property or improvements in the neighborhood, and (3) will be in accord with the purposes of said Zoning Ordinance. B.
