Election and. Term of Elected Officers <br /> .shall be one attorgey for the Commonwealth, one commissioner <br /> of the revenue~ one city treasurer and one e~-ee~ea~=, <br /> sheriff, elected by the qualified voters of the city of Ports- <br /> mouth, on Tuesday after the first Monday in November, nineteen <br /> hundred seventy-three, for the term of four years, and every <br /> four year's thereafter.
