Retail sales associated with the operation of the marina will <br />be limited to gasoline, oil and other boating operational necessities. <br /> 4. ~ne clubhouse facilities associated v~ith the Ballard PUD Pro- <br />perry developnmnt be of a restricted, rather than general public, access. <br /> 5. Par~-~ng space must be provided for boat slips and/or dock <br />frontage space users at ~he rate of 1 parkchng space per slip or dock <br />frontage space, e.g7 68 slips and/or dock frontage spaces, 68 slip and/or <br />dock frontage spage user's' parking spaces. <br /> <br /> 6. Parking spaces for boat trailers must be identified, a maxi- <br />m~m of 26 spaces, as indicated on the Ballard Property pUD preliminary sub- <br />division plat dated August 6, 1973, will be permitted. The level of daily utili- <br />zation of boat launching r~s should be governed by the availability of the <br />on site boat trailer parking space. <br /> <br /> 7. That the marina facility be adequately lit in such a manner as <br />not to create glare in the adjoining residential areas. <br /> <br /> 8. As the only permitted access to the proposed marina is through <br />the Ballard Property Planned Unit Develop~nt, F0D 73-1, marina construction <br />and occupancy peri, ts shall not be issued until the PUD 73-i street pattern <br />has been assured through an approved subdivision application and appropriate <br />bond.
