PER ACRE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Elmhurst Lane has been planned and developed <br />to be an industrial access road; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Portsmouth Industrial Development Authority <br />has requested that the parcel of 1.35 acres on Elmhurst Lane be <br />deeded to the Portsmouth Industrial Dvelopment Authority. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that it authorizes the transfer <br />of a parcel of land consisting of 1.35 acres on Elmhurst Lane <br />to the Portsmouth Industrial Development Authority for the con- <br />sideration of Four Thousand and No/lOO ($4,000.)
