A RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIEWERS FOR CLOSING A PORTION OF QUEEN <br />STREET BETWEEN MT. VERNON AND FLORIDA AVENUES. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Au- <br />thority has made application to vacate and close the herein- <br />after described portion of a certain street, and it appearing <br />that notice of the application and request for the appointment <br />of viewers was duly posted June 27, 1975, on the bulletin <br />board of the Municipal Building of the City of Portsmouth, on <br />the bulletin board of the Circuit Court of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, and on the bulletin board of the General District Court, <br />Civil Division, of the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that Frank N. Bilisoly, W. T. <br />Goode, Jr., John H. Griffin, Clarence Robinson and James L. <br />Choate~ be appointed viewers to view the hereinafter described <br />portion of such street and report to this Council in writing <br />wh~ther ~ ~he~r e~inicn, any~ and~ an~ wha~ inconvenience <br />would result from vacating and closing the following: <br /> <br /> That portion of Queen Street in the City of <br />Portsmouth, State of Virginia, from the east- <br />ernmost line of Mt.
