A RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO THE VACATION OF THE SUBDIVISION PLAT <br />OF "SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY O~%~ED BY LEE-HOWARD PARTNERSHIP LO- <br />CATED IN PORTSMOUTH~ VIRGINIA". <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a certain plat of a subdivision of land en- <br />titled, "Subdivision of Property Owned by Lee-Howard Partner- <br />ship located in Portsmouth, Virginia," was duly recorded in <br />the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, in Map Book 8, page 102~ and <br /> <br />sold. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no lot within the said subdivision has been <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the City consents to the <br />vacation of the aforesaid plat in its entirety in accordance <br />with the provisions of Section 15.1-481, Code of Virginia, 1950, <br />as amended. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Viz- <br />ginia, at a meeting held June 24, 1975. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
